Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd is a Australian based privately owned, for profit, company incorporated by Eloisa Sparks that was opened in July 2020 (name changed from Love Truth Pty Ltd on 9th September 2025).

Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd’s primary business function is to provide labour hire services for God’s Way Ltd & Divine Truth Pty Ltd, and other people who want to get stuff done. The company’s secondary objectives are to manufacture useful products (e.g. DownUnder wipes), have teams to provide construction, earthworks and other useful services to the world.

Love Gets It Done was set up as an entity to handle the legalities of employment and a way for people to transition from working for a wage to living off donations. The company provides an opportunity for people to work towards a lifestyle where they can gift and or volunteer their time, skills and expertise in areas they are passionate about for free to others.

Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd was created for the purpose of maintaining the costs and expenses associated with; providing labour hire and other services to people.

Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd survives financially by invoicing, and receiving gifts or donations from people who appreciate the materials and services provided.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to plans and designs, manufactured items, videos, audios, documents, e-books, and event materials provided by the Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd are the intellectual property of the company.

The Love Gets It Done organization does not agree with any attempt by a third party to benefit financially from their free distribution of this material, to claim copyright over the material, to claim ownership or authorship of the material, to modify the material without their consent, or to restrict the free distribution of the material.

The following policies determine our Terms & Conditions for;

To summarize our terms & conditions (described in detail below) in simple language:

• We provide products and services for a fee.
• We invoice individuals, companies, incorporation’s etc. for services rendered.
• At times we might receive unsolicited donations to support some of our activities, products and services including providing for company expenses.
• We are openly transparent with our financial records which we place on our website annually.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. We may return donations at our discretion. We will refuse to accept donations under specific circumstances.
• The delivery of any product or service is at the discretion of management.

Provision Policy

Love Gets it Done Pty Ltd provides services and products in two different ways:
1. for a fee or
2. for Free.

Labour hire services provided by Love Gets it Done Pty Ltd, and any other person who appears on this website are provided for a fee. Love Gets it Done employees people to provide services to others and pays wages to its employees.

Some services and products are provided for free, these will be clearly indicated, and are freely downloadable from this website, Google, YouTube, and other sources. No donations are solicited or required for the use of the free products and services.

The provision of some services require the sending of products and goods within Australia or overseas. Or the sending of devices to Love Gets it Done in order for us to copy digital data onto those devices. The purchase of those devices and the return postage for any products and goods, remains the responsibility of the person making the request for the service, or, are under the discretion of Love Gets it Done management.

Receipts Policy

All invoiced payments and or donations received from individuals or organizations by Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd will be used for the purpose of providing all services and products, including, but not limited to;

• Labour hire to God’s Way Ltd & Divine Truth organisations
• Labour hire to other individuals or organisations that require it
• Recording, editing, production and physical and electronic world-wide distribution of videos, audios, documents, books, e-books which provide truth based education
• Purchase, development and maintenance of property, buildings, machinery, tools, electronic and computer equipment, and software that supports Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd services and products
• Expenses involved with the provision of these services worldwide which includes travel, accommodation and meals required by Love Gets It Done Ltd personnel e.g. directors, employees and any person who travels with the company at the company’s request, and the hiring of equipment and venues to carry out organisation events or activities
• Expenses involved in administration and sharing company information, updates, including the maintenance of email accounts, domains, websites, a recording studio, video recording equipment, audio recording equipment, production and ancilliary equipment
• Company and employee expenses including but not limited to rent, property rates, vehicles and vehicle expenses
• Costs and expenses of experimenting with the principles of Divine Truth in practical environments and situations e.g. land regeneration projects, food production projects, technology projects and so forth
• Support of the expenses of any person volunteering to help provide any of the above services at the discretion of Love Gets It Done management
• Covering any other expense or requirement deemed by the Directors of Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd as important for the delivery of services and products world-wide

Returns Policy

Payment for services rendered
Services and products that incur a payment or fee may be refundable at the discretion of the Directors.

Free products, services, and donations
For the services and products that are provided free-of-charge, and as no donations are solicited from any individual or organization, any donation that is provided for any purpose to Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd is NOT REFUNDABLE. If you believe that you may not be happy with the way the Directors of the organization may use your donated funds, now or in the future, we ask that you do not donate.

The Directors of Love Gets It Done Pty Ltd will refuse donation(s) known by the Directors to be provided by people or organisations who;

• Have obtained the funds illegally or from criminal activities
• Have a demand that the funds be used for purposes that are not in harmony with God’s Way
• Have a requirement that personal demands or issues be responded to
• Have any other reason for donating that the Directors believe are out of harmony with Love or Truth

Dispatch & Delivery Policy

Delivery of our products and services are managed by the company employees, or volunteers. Delivery of all products and services that are not automatically delivered using our internet services (website, Youtube, Google or Amazon buckets) depends upon the time, labour and resources that are available to us at the time a request is received.
